To secure your booking, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required. The deposit ensures your reservation but is non-refundable under any circumstance. Dates can be rescheduled based on availability. In addition to the non-refundable deposit, a security deposit is also required. The security deposit is fully refundable upon return of the equipment in good condition, minus any applicable damage or late fees.

• Cancellation within 7 days: 50% of the order total is due.
• Cancellation within 3 days: 75% of the order total is due.
• Cancellation after loading or on the day of delivery: 100% of the order total is due.

Book 1–2 weeks in advance for events, especially during spring and fall weekends. Tools Can be booked atleast 2 days in advance.

Yes, Delivery Starts at $25 based on mileage. Setup is optional & starts at $40. Setup services are added manually after booking to match your order & location.

A 10x10 tent fits 1–2 tables and 8–16 guests. A 10x20 covers up to 4 tables and 24 guests comfortably.

We offer an optional damage waiver for 10% of the total rental cost. The damage waiver covers accidental damages to the rented items during your rental period. This waiver must be selected at the time of booking. This will be added manually after the booking

Yes, you can extend your rental period. Extensions are subject to availability and will be charged at the same rate as the original rental period. Please contact us at least 24 hours before the end of your rental period to arrange an extension.
