How Many Tables & Chairs Do You Need for Your Event?
Planning an event in Rocky Face, Dalton, or Ringgold? One of the first questions we hear is: How many tables and chairs do I need? Here's a breakdown based on your guest count and type of setup:
Seating Guide:
Up to 25 guests: 4–5 tables and 25 chairs
Up to 50 guests: 8 tables and 50 chairs
Up to 100 guests: 15 tables and 100 chairs
A standard 6-foot folding table seats 6–8 guests comfortably. You may also want:
Extra table for food, drinks, and dessert
Separate table for gifts or sign-in
Cocktail-style high-top tables for mingling
Other Tips:
