Here are answers to the most common questions about our event and tool rentals in Northwest Georgia.
Q1: What areas do you serve?
We provide rentals in Dalton, Ringgold, Rocky Face, Tunnel Hill, Varnell, Cohutta, and other parts of Northwest Georgia.
Q2: Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, some rentals require a refundable deposit. Deposits are returned once items are inspected and cleared.
Q3: How long can I rent items for?
We offer daily, weekend, and weekly rentals for both tools and event items.
Q4: Do you offer delivery?
Yes! We deliver across Northwest Georgia for a small fee. Pickup is also available from our Rocky Face location.
Q5: Do you set up and tear down items?
Yes, setup and teardown services are available for tents, tables, and chairs. Let us know at booking if you’d like this service added.
Q6: How many people fit at a 6-foot table?
Six to eight guests can sit comfortably at a standard 6-foot folding table.
Q7: How many people fit under a 10×10 canopy tent?
Typically, 10–12 guests depending on your setup. Multiple tents can be combined for larger gatherings.
Q8: How many chairs should I rent for my event?
We recommend planning for 10% more chairs than your guest list, just in case.
Q9: Are tables and chairs cleaned before rentals?
Yes, all tables and chairs are cleaned and sanitized before and after each rental.
Q10: Can I add extras like yard games or coolers last-minute?
Yes, as long as the items are available. Call us and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Q11: Do I need to provide my own fuel or power cords?
Most gas-powered tools come fueled and ready. For electric tools, we recommend using heavy-duty extension cords — available as an extra rental if needed.
Q12: Can I rent tools for just one day?
Yes! Many tools are available for daily rentals, weekend packages, or longer-term weekly rates.
Q13: Do you show me how to use the tools?
Yes, we provide basic instructions when you pick up or upon delivery.
Q14: What happens if a tool breaks while I’m using it?
Contact us immediately. Customers are responsible for damages unless the optional damage waiver was purchased.
Q15: What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least 72 hours before your event receive a full refund. Last-minute cancellations may forfeit the deposit.
Q16: Do you offer a damage waiver?
Yes, we offer an optional damage waiver that covers accidental damage but does not cover negligence, misuse, loss, or theft.
Q17: What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, card, and other common payment methods. Full payment is due before pickup or delivery.
